Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, to inform data subjects about the personal data processed in the course of the car assistant services provided by Vienyu.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Vienyu. Address: Baglarbasi Mah. Sakarya Sk. Malte Plaza No: 35, Unit 79, Maltepe / Istanbul. Email: info@vienyu.com. You may submit the requests described in this notice through these channels.
2. Personal data processed
Depending on the service, the following data is processed: identity data (first name, surname), contact data (phone number, email address, collection address), vehicle and operation data (plate number, make, model, mileage, work performed, photographs taken at handover), customer transaction data (requests, bookings and complaint records) and financial data (invoicing details). 3. Purposes and legal grounds
Your personal data is processed in order to respond to your request, plan and deliver the service, document the collection and return of your vehicle, issue invoices, manage customer relations and meet legal obligations. The legal grounds are: the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with the controller's legal obligations, the establishment or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the controller provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where explicit consent is required it is obtained separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Transfers and retention
Where the service requires it, your personal data may be shared — strictly limited to the relevant purpose — with partner workshops, inspection stations, tyre suppliers, insurance companies, our accountant and our IT service providers, as well as with public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; once those periods expire it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages you suffer.
