How it works
All of our services run through the same three-step flow. Whatever the job, the only things you have to do are pick a day and hand over your car.
1. Make a booking
Message us on WhatsApp or call us. Tell us your car's make, model, approximate mileage and what you need, and we will send you a clear plan and a quote. We agree the day and time together. You can also create your booking through our mobile app or our website.
2. We collect your car
Our experienced, insured driver arrives at the address you gave at the agreed time. At handover the interior and exterior condition of the car is documented with photos and mileage, and that record is shared with you immediately. Your car is then taken to the workshop or station.
3. Done, and back at your door
The planned work is carried out; if something unexpected comes up you receive a photo and a price, and nothing happens without your approval. When the work is finished your car is checked and delivered back to your address, along with the invoice and an itemised list of what was done.
And afterwards?
We record your car's maintenance, inspection and tyre history and let you know in advance as the next date approaches. That way the inspection is never left to the last day, the service interval is never missed, and tyres are changed before the seasonal rush.
