Alongside scheduled servicing our workshops also run a mini check-up. Anything the check-up finds is reported to you with a quote, and the work is carried out once you approve it.

Yes. If you prefer, we collect the car from wherever you are, complete the work and bring it back to you. You are told about every step, and your car is under Vienyu's care throughout.

How are the workshops chosen?

When you make a request on our website or in the app you get three options. With the authorised dealer option we book the appointment on your behalf, collect the car from wherever you choose and return it once the work is done. With Vienyu Partner Workshops the service is carried out at chains we work with, such as Midas or Bosch Car Service. With Vienyu Service Points the work is done at our own partner garages. The choice is yours.

What happens if the workshop finds another fault?

You receive a photo and a price before any work is carried out. Only the items you approve are done; nothing you have not approved is touched.

How is the appointment made?

As the law requires, the appointment at the inspection station is made in your name. Our experienced drivers then collect the car from wherever you ask and see the inspection through.

How is the inspection fee set?

The inspection fee itself is set annually by the responsible authority. What we charge for is collecting your car and seeing the process through. You receive two invoices: the inspection invoice from the authority and our chauffeur service invoice from us.

No. With our pre-inspection package the car can be checked against the inspection criteria at one of our partner workshops before the appointment is booked. Anything found is reported to you and quoted separately, and it is put right once you approve.

Yes, we arrange the exhaust emissions test as an additional service on request. Putting right any fault the test report shows is not included in that service.

Storage runs by the season and can be extended at any time. Your tyres are kept out of direct sunlight in a space with stable humidity and temperature, barcoded to your plate number, and insured against fire and theft.

Only our experienced, insured drivers handle your car. Every journey complies with traffic and insurance regulations; the condition of the car is documented with photos and mileage at handover and that record is shared with you immediately.

We send you a clear quote up front based on your car's make and model and the work you need. Labour, parts and our service fee are itemised. Nothing is done without your approval and no surprise items appear afterwards.

How long will I be without my car?

Scheduled servicing and inspections are usually completed the same day: a car collected in the morning is back at your address in the evening. For heavier mechanical work the duration is confirmed with you after the workshop's inspection.
