About Vienyu

Vienyu is an Istanbul-based platform built to give its users a premium assistant service. The cars that make daily life easier occasionally come with unexpected needs and problems. That is exactly where Vienyu steps in, with car-focused solutions that give our users their time back.

We combine our experience in the automotive field with a user-first approach: whenever you need us, we plan and run the process on your behalf. The services we offer for cars today are the first step; over time we intend to provide a far broader assistant experience.

Today we provide car maintenance assistance, vehicle inspection assistance, and tyre change and storage with our Maltepe-based team on both sides of Istanbul. We collect your car from the address you give us, complete the work through our partner network with a parts and labour warranty, and bring the car back to your door. Pre-registration for our private chauffeur service is open.

In the future we aim to turn Vienyu into an inclusive personal assistant platform that reaches beyond the automotive world into other areas of life. On that journey we keep user feedback at the centre and keep developing against what people expect of us.
